Mental Health Awareness

World Mental Health Day  #HelloYellow

Health and Wellbeing of pupils is always a high priority and will be incorporated into our day in various ways. The week leading up to World Mental Health day we focussed as a school on Mindfulness, Therapies, Wellbeing and Fitness.

During the week we made time to stop to do an activity that was calm and peaceful and made us happy. Whether that was a hand or foot massage - yoga sessions where we concentrated on stretching and deep breathing or enjoying quiet music and soft lights.
