On the 25th January every year we celebrate Burns night. Burns Night is festival to celebrate Scotland's most famous poet - a man called Robert Burns. He produced hundreds of poems, songs and letters.. We celebrate on the 25th January as this was his birthday. One of the traditions of Burns Night is eating Haggis, this is a savoury dish made from sheep's offal, minced with onion, oatmeal and spices. mmm, delicious!
