Banana Choc-Chip Ice Cream

Fruity Frozen Yogurt

You will need..

  • A blender
  • 1 cup of frozen fruit (berries, mango, banana, cherries, or pineapple)
  • 1/2 cup of yogurt (regular or Greek, plain or vanilla)

 

TIP: The fruit adds the cold, ice cream-like texture and the yogurt lends the creaminess.

 

Method:

  1. Combine the ingredients in a high powered blender.
  2. Blend until very smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed (and using the stick attachment if one came with your blender).
  3. Serve immediately.
