Entry into Ty Gwyn School is via the Local Authority (LA). Children requiring a special school placement are placed on the Pupil’s Admission List. A multi-disciplinary panel meeting is held by the LA to discuss the needs of each child. The LA advises parents on visiting the special schools. Parents are welcome to make an appointment to visit Ty Gwyn where they will be given a tour of the school and can discuss the needs of their child and what the school has to offer.

 

If parents decide that they wish their child to have a place at Ty Gwyn School then the Authority will make the necessary arrangements if a place is available.
