Health and Wellbeing of pupils is always a high priority and will be incorporated into our day in various ways. The week leading up to World Mental Health day we focussed as a school on

During the week we made time to stop to do an activity that was calm and peaceful and made us happy. Whether that was a hand or foot massage - yoga sessions where we concentrated on stretching and deep breathing - a Tactile communication activity with a 'Friend' or enjoying quiet music and soft lights.
