For relaxation. Below is a video that helps towards relaxation. Take the time to take deep breaths, relax the shoulders and just concentrate on the moment. The music will guide you to a feeling of peace. 

Notes to parents 

We have used this video in class as means of relaxing. Find a place in the home that you feel comfortable, use natural lighting.We have  use  the  battery powered  tealights in the past.  Concentrate on your breathing taking deep breaths. Clear your  mind of your stresses this a  moment to be calm.
