World Mental Health Day

World Mental Health Day is Saturday 10th October.

In class we try always to ensure Health and Wellbeing is an important part of every day. We use music, lights, massage and lots of fun to try and ensure we stay as Happy and Relaxed as possible especially during the very strange times at school.
