Happy New Year/ Blwydden Newydd Dda i chi!
Welcome back to a new term. Our theme this term is New Beginnings, we are taking a look at the Romans and how they built their empire. We will also ask the question, what did the Romans do for us? Well quite a lot actually and we will have fun discovering all about it!
If you check your hwb email account there should be a link for you to follow, it will lead you to a bank of work that can be completed.
Stay safe and we look forward to seeing you all soon.
Our topic this term is Worship and Festivals, for this first week week our theme is to look at remembrance, and how we remember people and events.
1. Mexico- the day of the dead
2. Britain- Bonfire Night
3. Britain and the Commonwealth- Remembrance Sunday
Over the next two days we thought it would be fun to look at the traditions of Mexico and how they remember their loved ones.
Below are a collection of ideas of things you can do, anything you complete please send into school with your child.

Home Learning Schedules
We understand that your child may not feel like participating in lots of learning activities at home. However, if your child benefits from structure and routine in their day, or if you are keen for them to continue with their education as best as they can from home, you can create a home learning schedule. You can create your own schedule using Widgit Online. Click the link below to register for your free 21 day trial. You can use this website to create all sorts of symbols, sentences, flash cards and timetables if your child benefits from using visual supports at home.
